Private Adult ADHD Assessments (UK-Wide)

  • What if I didn't have symptoms as a child? ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition, meaning it is present from childhood. However, structured environments (like strict schooling or supportive parents) can often mask symptoms. We will help you explore your history to identify these early signs, even if they weren't obvious at the time.

  • Don't worry. If school reports aren't available, we can gather information from family members, partners, or trusted friends who knew you well during your childhood or can speak to your current day-to-day experiences.

  • It is very common for adults with ADHD to have co-occurring conditions, or to have been previously misdiagnosed with anxiety, depression, EUPD, or bipolar disorder. Our clinician, Chris, has over 15 years of experience in mental health and neurodiversity, allowing him to carefully untangle these overlapping symptoms.

Living with undiagnosed ADHD as an adult can be exhausting. Many adults spend years feeling overwhelmed, struggling to focus at work, managing impulsivity, or masking their symptoms to fit in.

At ADHD Plus, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based online ADHD assessments for adults across the UK. Conducted by an experienced, NMC-registered Advanced Level Nurse Practitioner, our goal is to give you clarity, a definitive diagnosis, and the understanding you need to move forward.

The Adult Assessment Process

Our assessments are thorough, unhurried, and designed to explore how ADHD impacts your daily life, career, and relationships.

  1. Initial Consultation (Free): We start with a no-obligation phone call to discuss your current challenges and determine if a full assessment is the right step.

  2. Pre-Assessment Forms: You will complete standardized questionnaires (such as the ASRS) to help us understand your symptoms.

  3. The Clinical Assessment: This in-depth clinical interview takes place securely online via video call and typically lasts between 1 and 2 hours. We will discuss your personal history, current struggles, and any childhood symptoms.

  4. Comprehensive Report: Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed diagnostic report. If a diagnosis of ADHD is confirmed, this report can be shared with your GP or employer to access reasonable adjustments and support.

Accessible, Affordable Care

We believe that clarity shouldn't cost thousands of pounds. Our comprehensive adult ADHD assessment is competitively priced at just £500.
