Adult ADHD Assessment
This is an all included package, offered as both an online or face to face assessment. It includes the evidence based QB test, a risk screen, and full assessment using the evidence based DIVA assessment tool. You will also be provided with a full summary of your assessment, and a letter from the lead clinician posted directly to your home and General Practitioner.

Child ADHD Assessment
Like the Adult, this is an all included package, with a QB test designed for children, and using the Young DIVA and SNAP-IV. You will be provided with a fully summary of your assessment, and a letter from the lead clinician to your home and General Practitioner.
